Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and the USA using Canada Post. Currently, we are experiencing a slower mail service due to strikes and most packages are taking a day or two longer to arrive. 

Returns

Lovacado products are handcrafted and a lot of care is placed in the creation of our oils. We understand that at times the scent or product might not meet the standards expected. However, due to hygienic reasons we are unable to take back any open or used products. If on the other hand, a product arrived leaking or defective, we recommend you take pictures and contact info@lovacado.com to discuss the best way to resolve the issue within three (3) days after receiving the product.
